afterschool & class

After school clubs

School year 2023-24:

Mondays        

Harlands, Haywards Heath,  3.15 to 4.00 pm - small group

Lewes, 3.30 to 4.30 pm - small group

Tuesdays       

St Bernadette KS1 - 3.30 to 4.30 pm 

Wednesday    

Cottesmore reception - 1h - 3.20 to 4.20pm

Cottesmore Yr1&2 - 1h - 3.20 to 4.20 pm

Thursday       

Les Franglophones 

Friday            

Near Hove Park KS1 & KS2. 4 to 5pm - advance small group 6 maximum

Groups are for 12/14 children maximum (depending on location)

We use Zoom which is free of charge to download : Zoom

We are offering :

  • Private lessons (please contact us)

  • Group lessons KS1 - ​Wednesdays at 4.45 pm

How to join: 

You will receive an access code from us once you send us a booking form and settled the payment via BACS (details on booking form)

Terms and conditions

​

​

  1. Fees for after school clubs depends on location - refer to booking form.   Total for the term on the booking form must be paid in full before the start of the term to secure a booking. 

  2. Payment: Our preferred payment is via bank transfer (details on booking form) or in Cash on first day in an envelope with the child's name 

  3. In the case of a cancellation, refunds can be given with 7 days' notice before the start of the course.

  4. Less than 7 days before the start of the course, refunds are regrettably unavailable.

  5. BonjourKidz reserve the right to cancel a course if the numbers are insufficient. In this instance, an alternative course or full refund will be offered.

  6. Once your child is enrolled, their place will be guaranteed for the next term so long as payment is received at least 2 weeks before the start of the following term.

  7. Any delay over 15mn to collect the children will have to be charged £25 to refund the teacher who would have had to cancel their next commitment. Please organise yourself with another parent - Thank you for your understanding.

  8. Your information that you give us, through the booking, is kept safe. We will keep you informed of any activities we organise (consent from you on the booking form) according to GDPR. (Click here to read our Data Private Policy)
