The price for 2020 is :
1-4 days: £31/day per child or £56/day for 2 siblings
1 Week: £136 per child or £250 for 2 siblings
No extra cost for early drop off (8.30am) or late pick up (upto 4pm)

Terms and Conditions
1. Payment
Payment via BACS, full amount if less than 3 days, or 50% deposit is needed to confirm a place and balance 2 weeks before starting.
2. Balance Payments
Balances due as follows: 2 weeks before the start. If balance payments are not made by the due date we may cancel the booking and retain your deposit. Bookings made after the due dates must be paid in full at the time of booking.
3. Childcare Vouchers
We accept vouchers - please contact us.
4. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email. Please check your confirmation, including dates, location, and child details. Responsibility for all booking details lies with the person who made the booking.
5. Changing Weeks/Days
We can change your dates, within the same week, providing we have spaces.
6. Cancellations
You will receive refunds for cancellations should we cancel the club if the number of children is too low. If you cancel, the deposit will need to be retained.
7. Photography/Video footage
We may take photographs and video footage at the camp to use for promotional purposes. To exclude your child, you must not tick the box in the booking form. Where possible, we will post photos to our social media platforms for parents to view, but please note we cannot guarantee your child will appear on these.
8. Health and Safety
In order to maintain appropriate standards of health and safety, children with certain medical or physical conditions or those who cannot demonstrate the required skill competence may not be allowed to participate in some activities. In such cases, we will always provide alternative activities.
9. Your Child's Information
At the time of booking full and accurate information about the child's DOB, medical, physical, or behavioral matters, or any other additional needs must be provided.
All information given will be treated in complete confidence.
10. Child Protection
All members of our staff have a duty to respond if they suspect a child in their care may be suffering from abuse, or if a child makes a disclosure about abuse. In this event, the staff will contact the Local Children and Families Team and act on their advice.
11. Staff Ratio
We offer the standard ratio of staff to children set by Ofsted. 1:8 for under 5 and 1:10 for over 5.
12. Liability
BonjourKidz does not accept liability for personal injury or the death of any person unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company or its servants.
13. Personal Property
We will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items of personal property brought onto the camp.
14. Exclusions
BonjourKidz serves the right to exclude any child for any reason at its absolute discretion, including persistent late collection. No refund will be made for days missed and no compensation will be made for any other costs or losses incurred as a result.
15. Program and Activities
From time to time we may need to amend our activities. Please note that not all activities appear on the timetable daily, therefore if you are booking individual days we cannot guarantee specific activities on particular days.

17. Complaints
BonjourKidz wants to offer an amazing experience to every child. If you or your child are not entirely satisfied with the service we provide, then we want to be the first to know. If there's a problem while your child is still at the club we can almost always resolve it. If we hear of a problem after a child has left the club we will take great care to look into the matter, but cannot change the situation after the event. If you have any complaint, please call us or write to us. You can be assured that your complaint will be taken very seriously. In the unlikely event, your complaint is still unresolved, you may wish to contact Ofsted on 0300 123 1231 or write to Ofsted, Piccadilly Gate, Store Street, Manchester, M1 2WD.
Refunds and compensation will only be made if Bonjour Kidz is proven to have been in breach of these terms and conditions, and it is proven further that they were not capable of remedying that breach and as a result, the child was withdrawn from the camp.
18. Data protection
We comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (Data Protection Policy hereunder). To process your booking we need to collect personal details about you and all the children on your booking. We do not share any information and keep it safe. Please let us know on your booking form if you would like us to send you information related to Bonjourkidz Activities in the future (you can opt-out at any time).
